Dasanat, Dasatinib

Dasanat is used for the treatment of chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL).

Dasanat is known as an anti cancer medicine, Dasanat is known as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Dasanat works by blocking the chemical messengers (called tyrosine kinases) which send signals to cells to grow. This in turn stops the cancerous cells growing and increasing in number.

Reduced blood platelets,
Musculoskeletal pain,
