Colecalciferol is known as a type of vitamin D. Vitamin D is mostly made in your skin by exposure to sunlight, but it can be obtained from your diet. Worked very well

I always had issues maintaining proper vitamin D levels. I was a bit sketical about buying from this website because I wasn't sure about the quality. I went ahead and made the purchase because the oral vitamin D that I was taking didn't seem to work in terms of getting my Vitamin D levels up to a proper level. I recieved this product after about 3 weeks here in the US. I read online that at this dosage that once a month is perfectly fine. I took 1 dose and a month later I had to do a blood test for a completely different reason and they tested my vitamin D levels and for the first time that I can remember it was above the normal range (not by a lot), but that was only after 1 ampoule the previous month.
