Uses

Kreon is used for the treatment of cystic fibrosis, chronic inflammation of the pancreas, or blockage of the pancreatic ducts.

How it Works

Kreon is a combination of three enzymes or proteins, which are lipase, protease, and amylase. These enzymes are normally produced by the pancreas. These enzymes work in the digestion of fats, proteins, and sugars.

Patients who take Kreon may suffer from such side effects;

Skin rash,
Hives,
Constipation,
Nausea,
Stomach cramps or pain,
