How it Works
Salicylic acid is known as a keratolytic which is a peeling agent. Salicylic acid allows shedding of the outer layer of skin by loosening and softening the dry, scaly skin. Epi-Otic Ear Cleanser also works on reducing swelling and redness and thus causing pimples to shrink
