Tizanidine is used as a muscle relaxant.
How it Works
Tizanidine belongs to a group of medicines called muscle relaxants. Tizanidine is known as a short-acting muscle relaxer. Tizanidine works by blocking nerve impulses which cause pain sensations, that are sent to the brain. Spasticity occurs when muscles contract tightly and become stiff and harder to use. Tizanidine is used to treat spasticity by temporarily relaxing muscle tone.

Nimesulide is used for the reduction of pain and inflammation. Nimesulide is used for the treatment of osteoarthritis, fever, rheumatoid arthritis, menstrual pain, post operative pain and muscular pain.

Nimesulide is known as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Nimesulide works by reducing hormones and certian chemical messengers that cause inflammation and pain in the body.
