How it Works
Tobramycin is an antibiotic which has antibiotic properties which inhibit bacteria from functioning. Tobramycin kills bacteria by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Tobramycin also has corticosteroids properties which reduce swelling associated with eye infections.
