Derinide-AQ Nasal Spray works by reducing the inflammation in airways. Derinide-AQ Nasal Spray is known as an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid hormone. Derinide-AQ Nasal Spray works by blocking and inhibiting the mast cells and chemicals that the immune system uses to mediate the inflammatory response, which then helps to prevent swelling and inflammation, this unblocks the nasal passages, and helps to relieve the discomfort.
