Vardenafil is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED, impotence; inability to get or maintain an erection) resulting from certain medical conditions.
How it Works
Vardenafil is used in Erectile dysfunction (sometimes called impotence), which means that you cannot get or maintain a proper erection. There are several causes resulting to this condition, the most common being due to a narrowing of the arteries that take blood to the penis. Vardenafil treats this condition by preventing the action of phosphodiesterase type 5 in your body. This helps to widen (relax) blood vessels and improves the flow of blood to the penis following sexual stimulation. This helps to maintain an erection.
