Returns / Refunds Policy

We will do everything we can to make sure your order arrives in good condition, but this may not always be the case. If you are not satisfied with your order as a result of our error, we will refund the full amount of your purchase as well as shipping charges. These errors include orders containing incorrect items, defective medication, or damaged products. If you are unhappy with your order, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail, through our Contact Us page. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note that we will only provide refunds for the original shipping charges as a result of our error.

If you are considering a charge-back against your credit card for any reason, please contact us first so that we may resolve any issues you have with your order.

In case the delivery is not made on time, is misplaced or damaged; We will replace or provide a full refund. Your order will reach you within 8-22 days. Typically you will receive it within 16 days.

Flight disruptions and cancellations as well as local governments' restrictions may cause delays in the processing and delivery of all types of items. Please give an extra allowance of 1 week. Occasionally the delay can be even longer like 6 weeks during lockdowns in the destination countries.
