Tiboliv is used for the treatment of post menopausal osteoporosis and also used in hormone replacement therapy (hrt).

Tiboliv works similar as the female sex hormones, oestrogen and progesterone. Tiboliv also has some male hormone, androgen effects. Tiboliv works to restore the balance of female hormones in women who have a lack of oestrogen; it helps to relieve symptoms of menopause, such as osteoporosis, hot flashes, night sweats and vaginal problems.

Patients who take Tiboliv may suffer from such side effects;

Unusual bleeding or discharge from the vagina,
Vaginal thrush,
Unusual hair growth,
Muscular pain,
Lower abdominal pain,
Breast tenderness
