Defnalone, Deflazacort

Defnalone is used to treat Duchenne muscular dystrophy, allergic disorders and skin and eye disorders.

Defnalone is known as a corticosteroid drug. Defnalone increases the level of glucocorticoid in the body. Defnalone also works by decreasing the formation of substances that cause inflammation. Defnalone suppresses immunity to stops self damage to body by immune system.
