How it Works
Exfaro is known as an antibiotic. Exfaro kills bacterial cells by attacking their cell wall. Exfaro works by preventing the synthesis of a substance in the cell wall called peptidoglycan, which provides the cell wall with the strength required for survival of bacteria in human body. therefore without peptidoglycan the bacterial cells get destroyed and this stops the spread of the infection.
