Lefuma, Leflunomide

Lefuma is used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, reduces swelling and inflammation in the body.

Lefuma is known as a disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD). Lefuma eases pain and stiffness associated with both of the conditions rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis, and Lefuma also reduces the damaging effect of the disease on Joints. Lefuma works by blocking the way inflammation develops in joints. Lefuma suppresses the underlying disease process, rather than simply treating the disease.
