Roliflo OD, Tamsulosin/ Tolterodine

Tolterodine is used in the treatment of overactive urinary bladder (oab) with symptoms of urinary frequency, urgency, and incontinence.

Tolterodine works by stopping sudden bladder muscle contractions or spasms and increasing the volume of urine that the bladder can hold. This helps to control the release of urine and eases the symptoms of overactive urinary bladder (oab).

Tamsulosin is used for patients suffering with benign prostatic hyperplasia(enlarged prostate).

Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles in the prostate gland and bladder neck, making it easier for the urine to pass through.
