Sefdin is is known as a cephalosporin. Sefdin works by preventing the synthesis of a substance in the bacterial cell wall called peptidoglycan, which provides the cell wall with the strength required for survival of bacteria in human body thus killing the bacterial cell and stopping the bacterial infection from spreading
