Beclate Rotacap is known as a potent topical corticosteroid. Beclate Rotacap Topical corticosteroids are referred to as topical steroids. Topical steroids are used in addition to moisturisers (emollients) to treat or relieve symptoms of inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis.
