Colidur, Rifaximin

Colidur is used to prevent Hepatic encephalopathy, irritable bowel syndrome and Diarrhoea.

Colidur is an antibiotic that works to fight bacterial infections. Colidur treats only the intestinal tract, it will not treat infections of other parts of the body. This is because Colidur passes through the stomach and into the intestines without being absorbed into the blood stream.

Patients who take Colidur may suffer from such side effects;
