Daxid is known as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. Daxid works by potentiating the activity of serotonin in the brain which it achieves by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin.Altering the balance of the chemicals in the brain can help with the symptoms of depression, anxiety disorders, and OCD.
