Defza, Deflazacort

Defza is used to treat Duchenne muscular dystrophy, allergic disorders and skin and eye disorders.

Defza is known as a corticosteroid drug. Defza increases the level of glucocorticoid in the body. Defza also works by decreasing the formation of substances that cause inflammation. Defza suppresses immunity to stops self damage to body by immune system.

Patients who take Defza　may suffer from such side effects;

Electrolyte imbalance,

Behavioural changes,
Increased glucose level in blood,
