Emikind-MD is used for the treatment and prevention of nausea, vomiting, vertigo, dizziness, agitation, meniere's disease and schizophrenia.

Emikind-MD is known as a phenothiazine. Emikind-MD works by blocking the action of a chemical called dopamine which acts on the nervous system in the brain. Emikind-MD works by blocking dopamine receptor in the brain which triggers nausea and vomiting. Emikind-MD works in schizophrenia by using high doses, it works by blocking dopamine in certain brain regions that affect thoughts and mood.
