Humalog Kwikpen Injection

Humalog is used in the treatment of of type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes.

Humalog is an injection which contains fast acting insulin which works to lower the blood sugar(Glucose) level in the body. Humalog starts to work about 15 minutes after injection, peaks in about 1 hour, and keeps working for 2 to 4 hours. Insulin lispro is used to improve blood sugar levels in adults and children with diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes in adults.

Patients who take Insulin lispro may suffer from such side effects; Hypoglycemia,
Injection site allergic reaction
Itching, mild skin rash; or
Thickening or hollowing of the skin where you injected the medicine

The acceptable duration of storage at room temperature for this product is 28 days
