Kaypen, Penicillin V

Kaypen is used for the treatment of bacterial infections, syphilis and Prevention of Rheumatic fever.

Kaypen is known as an antibiotic. Kaypen kills the bacteria by attacking their cell wall. Kaypen prevents the synthesis of a substance in the cell wall called peptidoglycan, peptidoglycan provides the cell wall with the strength required for survival of bacteria in human body. Thus this kills the cell and stops the infection from spreading.

Patients who take Kaypen may suffer from such side effects; Nausea,
Allergic reaction,
Vomiting,
Diarrhoea

The acceptable duration of storage at room temperature for this product is 7 days at 77 degrees Fahrenheit and 1 day at 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
