Megahenz is a chemical similar to the female hormone progesterone. Megahenz helps to treat loss of appetite and weight loss in people with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome or also known as AIDS. Megahenz is also used in hormone replacement therapy. Megahenz works to start menstruation by replacing the natural progesterone that some women are missing.
