Mildfil, Tadalafil

Mildfil is commonly used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and also to treat the symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy which is classified as enlarged prostate. 

Mildfil is  a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor, it works by preventing and blocking the action of phosphodiesterase type 5, which works to relax muscles and widen blood vessels and improves the flow of blood to the penis. This helps to maintain an erection. Mildfil also works in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia by improving the blood flow to the prostate and bladder, this is done by relaxing the muscles in these areas which help urine to follow more easily.

 Some of the side effects that are associated with taking Mildfil are ;

Headache,
Erythema,
Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping),
Breathlessness,
Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck),
Hay fever,
Nose bleed,
Dyspepsia,
Feeling dizzy,
Problems with vision

- Average duration of 36-40 hours.

What is the onset of action?
-Mildfil efficiency can be observed within 30-60 minutes of oral administration.

Are there any pregnancy precautions?
- Yes, Mildfil is not recommended for consumption by pregnant women unless clearly needed. Consult a doctor and discuss the benefits and risks before taking this medicine.

Are there any breast-feeding precautions?
-Mildfil should be avoided by nursing mothers. Consult your doctor so that suitable substitute may be advised.

You should not use Mildfil if you have a heart condition .
You should call your doctor if you experience extreme side effects after taking tadalafil, some of the side effects that can occur are chest pain, dizziness, or nausea.
Sexual activity can also put an extra strain on your heart.
Mildfil is not recommended for use if you have a history of allergy or any other component of this medicine.

Do not take tadalafil if you have :

- rash
-hives
-swelling of the lips, tongue, or throat
-difficulty breathing or swallowing

Mildfil should be kept at room temperature away from direct sunlight or moisture.
Mildfil should be kept away from children, consider a higher shelf or lock box.
Do not store outdated medicine or medicine no longer needed.
