Uses

PTH is used in the treatment of hypercalcemia or increased calcium levels in blood and hyperparathyroidism which is known as overactive functioning of the parathyroid glands.

How it Works

PTH decreases levels of parathyroid hormone (PTH) which leads to decreasing the level of calcium, and phosphorous in the body.
