Zacdef, Deflazacort

Zacdef is used to treat Duchenne muscular dystrophy, allergic disorders and skin and eye disorders.

Zacdef is known as a corticosteroid drug. Zacdef increases the level of glucocorticoid in the body. Zacdef also works by decreasing the formation of substances that cause inflammation. Zacdef suppresses immunity to stops self damage to body by immune system.

Patients who take Zacdef　may suffer from such side effects;
