Losartan is used in the treatment of hypertension, heart failure, heart attack and diabetic kidney disease.

Losartan is known as an angiotensin II receptor antagonist. Losartan works by inhibiting ACE which means it blocks or inhibits a chemical called angiotensin-converting enzyme, which in turn blocks the production of angiotensin II which is the main reason of constricting of the blood vessels, which tends to raise blood pressure.

Increased potassium level in blood,

Perindopril is used in the treatment of hypertension , heart failure, heart attack and diabetic kidney disease.

Perindopril is known as an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Perindopril works by relaxing blood vessels. This then helps to lower blood pressure.
