How it Works
Amrinone works by inhibiting the breakdown of cyclic adenosine monophosphate and cyclic guanosine monophosphate by the phosphodiesterase enzyme. Thus Amrinone makes the heart pump blood with more strength and force, therefore, increasing the blood pressure.
