Cortisure, Deflazacort

Cortisure is used to treat Duchenne muscular dystrophy, allergic disorders and skin and eye disorders.

Cortisure is known as a corticosteroid drug. Cortisure increases the level of glucocorticoid in the body. Cortisure also works by decreasing the formation of substances that cause inflammation. Cortisure suppresses immunity to stops self damage to body by immune system.

Patients who take Cortisure　may suffer from such side effects;

Electrolyte imbalance,
Redistribution/accumulation of body fat,
Altered bone growth,
Behavioural changes,
Increased glucose level in blood,
Cataract,
