How it Works

Glucosamine occurs as a natural chemical compound in your body. Glucosamine also comes in the form of a supplement. There are two main typesof Glucosamine which are, hydrochloride and sulfate. Glucosamine in the body helps keep up the health of cartilage, which is the rubbery tissue that cushions bones at the joints. But as you get older, the levels of this compound begin to drop, which leads to the gradual breakdown of the joint this Glucosamine helps with the prevention of this.
