Zoster Cream, Acyclovir

Zoster Cream is used in the treatment of herpes simplex virus infections such as, herpes labialis, genital herpes infection, skin infections and eye infections.

Acyclovir topical is known as an antiviral drug. It works by slowing the growth and spread of the herpes virus so that the body can fight off the viral infection more effectively. Zoster Cream prevents the multiplication of the virus in human cells as well. Thus stopping the virus from producing new viruses.Zoster Cream works by Inhibiting and inactivating HSV-specific DNA polymerases that prevents viral DNA synthesis.
