Empaworth is used to treat Type-2 diabetes mellitus in adults.
How it Works
Empaworth is a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor, and it works by increasing the amount of insulin produced by the pancreas which then reduces the level of sugar in the blood. Empaworth also works by decreasing the amount of sugar the body absorbs and increasing the amount of sugar that leaves the body in the urine.Empaworth increases the loss of sugar through the kidneys
