Nucort is used in the treatment of allergic disorders, skin conditions, ulcerative colitis, asthma, arthritis, psoriasis, or breathing disorders.

Nucort is a steroid specifically known as a glucocorticosteroid. Nucort prevents the release of substances in the body that causes inflammation. Nucort also helps to increase the level of corticosteroids which are already present in the body and helps to treat various inflammatory conditions.
