Vitaglic M XR is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus which is also known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes (NIDDM).

Vitaglic M XR　works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas. Insulin helps to control the levels of Glucose (Sugar) in your blood. Insufficient or inaffective insulin causes type 2 diabetes.
