Lupibose, Bosentan

Lupibose is used in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension.

Lupibose works by relaxing the blood vessels of the lungs, which in turn lowers the blood pressure.

Patients who take Lupibose　may suffer from such side effects;

Headache,
Increased liver enzymes,
Anemia,
Decreased blood pressure,
Flushing,
Edema,
Allergic reaction,
Gastro-esophageal reflux disease,
Diarrhoea,
Respiratory tract infection
