Pernex AC Gel is used in the treatment of acne, psoriasis, keratoses and dermatitis.

Benzoyl peroxide is known as keratolytic agent. Pernex AC Gel works by killing the bacteria that causes the acne thus preventing the infection from spreading. Pernex AC Gel also has peeling and drying properties. Benzoyl peroxide has an antibacterial effect. Pernex AC Gel also has a mild drying effect, which allows excess oils and dirt to be easily washed away from the skin.
