Moxonidine

Moxonidine is used in the treatment of hypertension.

Moxonidine lowers the levels of certain natural chemicals in the body that effect blood vessel constriction and dilation. AMoxonidine relaxes the blood vessels allowing blood to flow more smoothly and thus lowers blood pressure.
